NB *If you choose the 'Pay After Delivery' option at checkout, Klarna will email you an invoice with payment instructions as soon as your order has been shipped. You then have 30 days to settle the payment with Klarna via a card or bank transfer.
How do I make a return?
Please return the items that didn't suit following the instructions on the Delivery Note. Once we have processed your return and sent you a confirmation via email, an updated statement will be sent to you by Klarna if you've made a partial return. With a full return, your statement will automatically be closed and no payment will be due.
If your return is processed after the Klarna payment due date, we kindly advise you to pay the invoice and the amount will be reimbursed immediately as soon as the return has been processed.

I have been asked to go to Klarna's website, is this correct?
If you have chosen to pay after delivery (30 days grace), Klarna will send you an email with further details on how to pay. Your email will contain a link to Klarna's payment site where you can settle your payment to Klarna with your credit or debit card.
How is my statement sent?
If you chose to pay after delivery, Klarna will send you an email with instructions on how to make the payment and a link to the payment page. Simply enter your statement number into the payment page and follow the instructions. If you do not have your statement number to hand, you can contact Klarna’s Customer Service team directly
How does Klarna pay after delivery work?
After G.H.Bass & Co. has acknowledged your order, you will receive an email with payment instructions, telling you when and how you will need to pay.
What are the payment options for Klarna?
You can pay your Pay later statement with VISA/MasterCard debit or credit card online by logging into Klarna.
I haven't received an email with my statement/payment information
Please contact Klarna’s Customer Service team directly . They will be able to provide you with the payment details.
Can I postpone my due date?
Please contact Klarna’s Customer Service team directly and they will be able to advise on this.
May I deliver to an address other than my billing address?
Yes. When selecting Klarna as a payment method, you can choose to deliver the goods to an address other than your billing address. At the checkout, you will be given the option to enter a separate delivery address.
Have you received my payment yet?
After we have received your payment, Klarna will send you a payment confirmation to the email address that you have used for your order. If you have made a payment but not received the payment confirmation, please get in contact with Klarna’s Customer Service team directly
and they will be able to advise on this.
What do I do if I want to cancel my order?
If you would like to return goods or cancel your order, please contact our customer care team.
I have cancelled my order, how long will it take until I recieve my refund?
As soon as G.H.Bass & Co. have registered the cancellation of your return, the repayment will be processed within the next 3-5 working days.
I have received an invoice, but not yet received my order?
You should of course not pay your statement until you've received your goods. In this case, we would ask that you contact our customer service team, and get an update on your order. You should also contact Klarna’s Customer Service team directly.
How will I be refunded?
If you have paid for your order with card, the refund will be made back to the same card.
