UK Returns

Free UK returns within 30 days

We hope you love your G.H.BASS order. However, if something isn’t quite right, you can return your item free of charge within 30 days of purchase.

Start your return

Use our online returns portal to create your free Royal Mail return label or download a QR code to have your label printed at a participating Royal Mail location.

You will need:

  • Your order number, without the #
  • The postcode used for your order

Please retain your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Before returning your order

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original, resaleable condition.

Please make sure that:

  • Shoes have only been tried on indoors and on a clean, soft surface.
  • The soles are clean and unmarked.
  • Shoes are returned in their original box with all labels and stickers attached.
  • The shoe box is placed inside protective outer packaging.
  • Labels or tape are not applied directly to the shoe box.

We may be unable to issue a refund if an item is returned worn, marked, damaged or without its original packaging.

Returning more than one pair

When using Royal Mail’s collection-from-home service, only one pair can be returned using each returns label.

Please create a separate label for each additional pair.

Exchanges

We are not currently able to offer exchanges.

To order a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Jersey returns

Free UK returns do not apply to orders returned from Jersey.

Customers returning an order from Jersey are responsible for arranging and paying for a tracked return service. Please retain your proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Using another courier

Our free returns service is only available through our returns portal.

You may choose to use another courier, but you will be responsible for the full cost of the return. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds normally appear in your account within 3–5 working days after they have been issued. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Returns received outside the 30-day return period may be accepted at our discretion.

Faulty or damaged items

If you believe your item is faulty or arrived damaged, please contact our Customer Care team before returning it.

Our team will explain the next steps and help arrange the appropriate return.
